House Name in Glass & Slate by Tim Carter (Custom)
Due to high demand and an overloaded workshop these products made by Tim Carter are currently unavailable, please browse other plaque designs here.
These beautiful glass house number plaques are designed and hand built by our associate designer Tim Carter in his workshop in Knossington, Rutland. Housenumbers Limited is acting as an agent for these products.
These glass number plaques are personally made to order by Tim from 15mm thick glass with a 10mm thick slate backing plate and come ready assembled with stainless steel fixtures included. Pre-drilled holes in the slate backing plate allow the plaques to be mounted by the included stainless steel screws to any surface.
Don't mistake these glass plaques for many of the cheap acrylic or factory-made "glass look" house numbers on the market. The numbers & letters are deep sandblasted into the back of the glass. This gives an attractive embossed appearance, as light travels through the glass plaque and highlights the characters.
