If you live in a coastal area you will need to consider the materials used on the external areas of you property, as sea salt in the air can be corrosive to steel. If you would like the silver look of stainless steel then you will need 316 grade stainless steel, which is used in marine environments. Any of our powder coated house numbers or names will also be suitable for use in a coastal area as the powder coatings are architectural grade.
