Shipping policy

We hand finish everything to order to ensure the very best quality, please use the lead times for processing below as a general guide, and you will be notified by email should these become longer. If you have ordered a custom item, or a plaque, you will be emailed your artwork within 1 working day for you to approve and manufacture will not commence until we have your approval.

Stock stainless steel or powder coated items: 3-4  working days.
Made to order stainless steel house numbers: 4-5 weeks. 

Acrylic Numbers: 3-4 working days.

Acrylic signs: 3-5 working days, manufacture will only begin after artwork is approved via email.

Stock numbers with a custom powder coating: 3-4 weeks

Acrylic LED House Numbers: 2-3 weeks
Stainless Steel or Powder Coated LED House Numbers: 4-5 weeks.

Custom stainless steel house numbers or plaques: 4-5 weeks.

Custom stainless steel house names with/without LEDs: 6-7 weeks, you will be given a more accurate delivery slot once you have approved your artwork.

Delivery will be by Royal Mail First Class (tracked 24 or 48), and the delivery charge will range from £4.50 - £8.00 depending on the weight of your items. If your order is very heavy or is a custom order over £120 we will send via a £12.50 FedEx service and provide you with tracking information. We offer free UK delivery on all our large bespoke signs ordered via our sales team. In some other cases a different agreement may be arranged via email.

Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and a dispatch notification will be sent via email with your tracking number. 

Please inform us of any damages within 3 working days of receiving the order. Goods damaged or lost in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery, please inform us by e-mail, telephone or letter.
