Refund policy

If there is a problem with your order or fixings, or if you require assistance with installation, please contact our knowledgeable team who will be happy to help you.

Under Consumer Rights you have a statutory right to cancel your contract any time up to 14 days from the day you receive your order.  We can only accept returns of orders that have not been installed, so if you think you would like to change your number size or style please return your order prior to installation. We cannot offer any refunds on made to order products which have been approved by email, once you have approved the order it will not be possible to make changes.

Simply phone us on 01258 456225 or e-mail us at enquiries@housenumbers.co.uk with details of your order number and the reason for return.  If you cancel your contract once your order has been delivered you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost.

You must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in the meanwhile or in transit.  For your peace of mind we strongly recommend that you return any items by registered mail or obtain a proof of postage.  This is particularly important when returning valuable items as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
 
Once you have notified Housenumbers Limited that you are cancelling the contract we will refund you within 14 days, for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods (this includes your original delivery costs).

Please note that House Numbers Limited cannot accept the return of house name plates and some number plates as these have been made to the customer's specification (bespoke items) and been approved during the design process. We would only accept a return or offer a refund in the very unusual case of a quality issue. Please contact us if you have any queries.
